Formulated for use on pedestrian areas with very low or no vehicular traffic, StreetBond SB 120 can be used on textured (stamped) pavement, non-textured (flat) asphalt pavement, and on concrete with proper surface preparation.
Colorant sold separately, 1 kit requires 1 colorant.
StreetBond SB 120 is a two-component, advanced, waterborne, epoxy-modified acrylic coating that incorporates factory-blended, durable UV-stable pigments that help protect the substrate from the damaging effects of UV rays and heat while enhancing the aesthetics of the pavement surface.
Meeting applicable Southern California Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) regulations, StreetBond SB 120 can be combined with select solar reflective colorants to provide a reflective pavement surface that helps lower pavement surface temperatures, which can help reduce heat-related pavement aging and mitigate urban heat island effects.
With flexibility that works with the normal expansion and contraction of asphalt surfaces, StreetBond SB 120 will not peel or delaminate when installed according to manufacturer’s specifications. StreetBond SB 120 also meets ASTM E-303 standard for slip resistance, and can help protect the substrate from exposure to chemicals like fuel, oil, and deicing agents.*
