For BUR / Mod Bit Roofs

Aged asphaltic roofs need two things before any topcoat: a clean substrate and a primer that blocks oil bleed-through from the cap sheet. This collection groups the GAF prep products for built-up roofing (BUR) and modified bitumen recoats. GAF Cleaning Concentrate is the biodegradable wash that lifts oxidation and contaminants (1 gal concentrate cleans 1,600 to 2,000 sq ft diluted). GAF UniBase Primer for Asphalt Roofs is the bleed-block primer plus fabric saturant for the HydroStop system over BUR.
