About Us
Coatings Supply is a GAF-authorized distributor of liquid-applied roofing and waterproofing systems, serving commercial roofing contractors across Florida and nationwide. We ship factory-direct from GAF, which means current-batch product at distributor pricing without a regional warehouse markup in between.
We are a division of Manley deBoer Lumber, a Key West, Florida building materials company that has supplied South Florida construction trades since 1959. Coatings Supply is the dedicated coatings arm of that business, focused entirely on the GAF coating catalog and the contractors who install it.
We previously operated as HydroStop Supply at hydrostopsupply.com, and that domain now redirects to this site. The expanded catalog and rename to Coatings Supply reflect our broader GAF coatings inventory beyond HydroStop alone, including the silicone, acrylic, and pavement coating lines that our contractor base has been asking for.
What we stock
The full GAF coatings range, including HydroStop liquid-applied membranes (BaseCoat, PremiumCoat, FlexSeal reinforcement), RoofMate acrylic roof coatings in the 10, 15, and 20-year warranty tiers, GAF Silicone high-solids systems for ponding water and South Florida flat roofs, StreetBond pavement coatings (SB150 pedestrian, SB120 vehicular) with 80-plus colorant options, and the primer and accessory catalog that pairs with each system. We do not stock everything that crosses our desk, we stock what GAF approves and what contractors actually order.
