Acrylic elastomeric roof coatings are the workhorse of restore-and-recover work: flexible, breathable, UV-resistant, water-based for easy cleanup, and cost-effective compared to single-ply replacement. Coatings Supply carries the full GAF acrylic line, including the Premium Acrylic HydroStop Base and Top Coats (fully reinforced, Miami-Dade NOA 21-0105.10 approved for HVHZ), the United Coatings Acrylic Top Coat (formerly RoofMate, 15-year limited warranty), and the High Tensile variant for heavy-traffic or chemical-exposure roofs.
For rainwater catchment roofs (cisterns, Caribbean projects, off-grid properties), the WOB Acrylic Top Coat is the same formula minus the biocides and is NSF P151 certified. Pair any acrylic system with GAF Multi-Purpose Primer or Metal Roof Primer on the matching substrate. All factory-direct from a GAF-authorized distributor.
