Over TPO

A TPO membrane that is past warranty does not have to be torn off. A liquid-applied coating system rebuilds the waterproof layer and adds a decade or more of life, at a fraction of replacement cost and with no disposal headache.

GAF HydroStop Premium Acrylic over aged TPO (at least 30 days weathered) is the standard restore path: fabric-embedded base coat, top coat, 10-, 15-, or 20-year warranty depending on coverage. For Miami-Dade HVHZ projects, TPO Red Primer at 0.5 gal/sq is required per NOA 21-0105.10. For TPO roofs with ponding water, GAF High Solids Silicone is the warranted alternative.
