Polyurethane Roof Coating

Two-part polyurethane roof coatings deliver the tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and chemical durability that acrylics and silicones cannot match. Elastuff 103 (Part A 5-gal plus Part B 1-qt) is the polyurethane topcoat, formulated for an exceptional balance of tensile strength, elongation, and hardness. It bonds to metal, structural concrete, TPO, PVC, EPDM, SPF, and weathered asphaltic roofs, and stands up to secondary containment, storage tanks, and any surface that needs a tough, chemical-resistant membrane.

Elastuff 101 is the polyurethane base coat, paired with Elastuff 103 to build a complete two-part system. For UV-stable color hold and long-term weatherability over the polyurethane membrane, Kymax PVDF Fluoropolymer topcoat resists asphalt bleed-through, biological growth, and industrial fallout, with UL Class A and Cool Roof Rating Council listings.
